Christine holds the view that Alberta’s senior citizens built the foundation of our great province.  She has spent a great deal of time advocating for her senior's quality of life.  In Currie, this means ensuring that communities are equipped with appropriate and affordable housing for seniors to remain close to their comfortable surroundings, friends, families and services.

Albertans who are advanced in years deserve the right to live with dignity, in a caring and nurturing environment.

Alberta needs to create a system where senior citizens have the ability and option to remain in their home communities; a system where long-married couples can stay together, regardless of their care needs.

Albertans with aging relatives deserve nothing less than the confidence that their loved ones will be cared for in the healthiest environment possible.
